Mobile networks worldwide
According to Informa Telecoms & Media, mobile networks covered 90 per cent of the global population by mid-2007. This means that there’s about 40 per cent of population that’s covered by a network but not connected and just 10 per cent that’s neither connected nor covered by a network.
